Alisio reads your heart rate on your Apple Watch while you train and keeps everything it learns on your own devices. There is no account, no analytics, and no networking code anywhere in the app. Here it is in detail:
What we collect: nothing
Alisio has no accounts, no analytics, no ads, no trackers, and no servers of ours. The app contains no networking code at all, so there is no path for anything to leave your devices, and there is no third-party SDK riding along inside it.
Health data
On your Apple Watch, Alisio asks Apple Health for permission to read your heart rate and your active energy while a session is running, and to save the finished workout back into Health. Those readings drive the live zone on your wrist and the summary you get at the end. We never use health data for advertising, never share it with third parties, and never sell it. The iPhone app asks for no permissions at all.
The permission sheets show the app's own words, in Spanish: "Necesitamos tu ritmo cardiaco para calcular tus zonas de entrenamiento." (we need your heart rate to calculate your training zones) and "Guardamos tu entrenamiento en Salud." (we save your workout in Health).
Where your data lives
The profile you enter (your age, your resting heart rate, and the formula you pick) is saved in the app's own preferences on your iPhone. Your session history is a plain file inside the app's private folder on that same iPhone. Nothing is copied to iCloud and nothing is copied to us.
Between your Watch and your iPhone
Alisio sends your profile to the Watch and the finished session back to the iPhone over Apple's Watch Connectivity, a direct link between two devices you already own. The watch face complication reads a small snapshot that the Watch app leaves in a shared container on the Watch itself. None of that passes through a server of ours, because there is no server of ours.
No account, no purchases, no ads
Alisio has no sign-in, no subscription, no in-app purchases, and no advertising. Every part of it works in airplane mode, indefinitely.
Deleting your data
Deleting the app removes your profile and your session history from your iPhone. Workouts that Alisio already saved into Apple Health belong to Health and stay there; you can delete those from the Health app, in the section that lists the apps that wrote data.
Children
Alisio collects no data from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, the date above changes with it, and the current version will always live at this URL.
